New Zealand host awards night

The annual New Zealand Football Awards were held Thursday.

The 2020 awards were hosted by Sky Sports NZ journalist Narelle Sindos.

The top honours of international men and women’s player of the year award went to Chris Wood of Burnley FC and Melbourne City’s Rebekah Stott.

The best domestic player award were won by Team Wellington’s Jack-Henry Sinclair and Steph Skilton of Auckland Football.

Team of the year were the New Zealand Under 20’s national team.
