Following the first week of action in the inaugural season of the new premier competition in Oceanian football, it’s Auckland FC who’ve taken top spot.

They beat South Islands United 3-0 in their opening game, before Vanuatu United 3-1 and Bula FC 1-0.

Three matches had to be postponed due to bad weather in Auckland in the opening round, seeing Tahiti United vs PNG Hekari FC, South Melbourne FC vs Solomon Kings FC and Bula FC v South Island United moved to a later date, yet to be confirmed, in one of the later rounds.

PNG Hekari are the only team without a point after the first round of matches, but they will look to change that at home, when Port Moresby hosts the second round of the Pro League, from January 31st to February 8th.
