Marshall Islands hire first ever technical director
The Marshall Islands Soccer Federation have hired a TD.

MISF announced the signing of British Lloyd Owers as “the nations first ever TD”.
“Lloyd is a UK native with experience of working in elite soccer in UK, USA, Canada and Sweden. He is a UEFA licenced coach and holds a Masters Degree in Performance Coaching,” MISF wrote in a statement on their Facebook page.
The Brit will begin work immediately.
“Lloyd is responsible for creating the soccer structure for the nation, ranging from school soccer to youth development to National Teams,” MISF wrote.
Good luck and may the Marshall islands do well.
It’s a great advance, considering that 5 years ago they didn’t have a football federation
